David Timothy Duval



I am a Full Professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Winnipeg. Previously, I was an Associate Professor at the Otago Business School in New Zealand.

I am currently a Member of the Board of Directors (as one of two Government of Canada nominees) at Winnipeg Airports Authority. Within this role, I sit as Chair of the Governance Committee.

Before academia, I was an analyst at Longwoods International.

My work focuses on the economic and legal regulation of commercial air transport.
